I don't recall the question number but
it was about ther regulation of breathing rate.
I know medulla is responsible for it but never thought that pons had anything to do with it.
Isn't pons associated with celebellum??
However, the achiever says that both pons and medulla take part in regulating breathing rate. Is it correct??

Did it say pons was involved in the breathing rate? I was reading today and I think I saw something about how the pons does alot of the same things the medulla does.

all i know is both pon and medulla are responsible for breathing rate.
and cerebellum controls equalibrium.

hope this helps.

yeah I remember that question because I got it wrong 😀...pons and medulla both control breathing. Pons also connects medulla with the cerebellum.
