Did you mean Test 2 (#69) on boiling point elevation? The 2.53 is the kb value given by the question itself.
 
I think kxb meant destroyer. the 2.5 comes from the molarity of dichromate. you use it to get normality because 3 is the amt of electrons transferred, but im not sure how that refers to normality.
