This is one of the views that they give in the solution but A is not the correct answer? Is this because the sides in A are a a bit shorter than in the figure? This is so frustrating 🙁

that's exactly why. in time you'll learn to quickly eliminate answers based on gross differences in size and shape.

what about this one? it looks to me that the part that I highlighted in blue is identical to the part i highlighted in blue in answer choice C ...but in their solution it seems as though that part is longer as therefore is not the answer...I don't see how it is longer..

I wouldn't let this discourage you! I wasn't doing so well on Achiever tests either. Do you have CDP? That really is the best resource for this section!

yes I already did 10 CDP tests..I am planning to redo them sometime in the near future but this program makes me sad..i don't even have the patience to go over the test the answers are so similar to each other especially in TFE. I am just trying to be prepared for the worst

For the first one, the hexagon keyhole needs to, indeed, be larger in order for the shape to pass through. For the 2nd one, it's not the blue line that you emphasized that is key, it's the adjacent sides. They should be shorter than the answer choice.

Try this. For C as an answer choice, the 2 protruding blocks are essentially of equal protrusion, but on your e-draw answer, you can see that the 2 protruding blocks are not of equal protrusion.
