Since the top middle triangle is connected directly to the square bottom, it is the only one that will directly fold up*. And since it shows which two triangle are connected to the one thats folding up directly, you can tell where they will end up once folded.

*I mean fold "into" the paper.

so is it the tip of that top right triangle that will connect to the line of the triangle on the bottom?
 
here ya go... imagine the triangle rolling to match the color edges or that the lines match on the blue edge in the center
