how do you tell A and B apart? i looked at it with the different end views...i just don't see it? any tricks you guys use to decipher between such objects with pointed ends and not pointed ends?
😕😕😕

Yeah, that's a tricky, very detail oriented one.

On (A) the two side arms are about same length but on (B) the left arm is obviously shorter than the right arm. Do you see that? That makes the left part of the front view is shorter than the right part. No special tricks there but you need very sharp eyes to catch that difference at the first look. To add just one more tip, try to use 3D mental imagery with tfe whenever possible.

BTW, the pointed ends and not pointed ends here don't make any difference.

The achiever PAT moves a certain "appendage" just a tad bit and so in the answer choices there might be almost identical answers. This was annoying when I did achiever on my big monitor ( 1920 x 1200 resolution) so that space from that distance was barely noticeable. When I blew it up on my other monitor to 800 x 600 it was easier to notice but still subtle.
I hope the PAT on the DAT isn't as tricky as some of the achiever questions.

Exactly.

You won't see this nasty one on DAT I can bet my ass.
BTW, Alex, what are you doing up until this late?
You need some sleep, man. Tomorrow is the big day.🙂 GOOD LUCK!!

haha I really don't fall asleep naturally until 1 or so. I'm about to crash in a few. I think I might watch some Chuck Norris Conan lever clips off youtube for a few laughs.

thank you guys for your help! omg that's def. so easy to miss when you're in racing aganist the clock cuz it's such a little detail thing!! i know achiever is supposed to be harder than the real thing mann its tough for some stuff. Even hole punching gave me a headache and i usually find that to be one of the ones i like doing more! after reading old posts it sounds like half punches can show up on the real thing too...mannnn and i thought PAT was one thing I could feel strong about!

:/ okay back to the books!

GOOD LUCK tmrw! TheWiredNerv !!! just be confident 🙂
