Achiever Pat, worth it?

My test is on Tuesday and I just bought achiever since I used all my Kaplan and Topscore practice tests and damn is this PAT Crazy. I usually averaged 20-22 on those PATs and I just got an 18 on the first achiever PAT. Is it worth stressing over Achiever Pat or should I just revisit topscore and kaplan PATs so I don't stress so much these few days before my test?

From what I've been hearing from other SDN-ers, Achiever's pat is much more difficult than the real thing. On my tests, I scored an 18, 19, and 20 on each test, respectively. I have not yet purchased TopScore, but others have said to expect 21+ on the TopScore and the real thing.
