Is the real QR pretty similar to what is seen on the Achiever? I only ask because that seems to be an area of great disparity between different tests. Also, the RC section seemed too easy. Are the types of questions and format about the same on the real DAT?

I thought the real DAT was a little bit more challenging on some of the word problems, but all in all, pretty similar. Just manage your time really well on test day, or you'll be screwed no matter how well you're doing on practice tests
