On chem section,
How many e- belong to an atom of Al are associated with the azimuthal
quantum number (l=1) under ground state condition?
and I answered 6, but the answer was 7.
The explanation was saying something blah blah that I reall cant understand and 6+1 = 7 something like that.
Can someone explain this for me??
