Need some helpful advice. I've been suffering from Achilles tendinitis for a couple of years. I've tried it all, the icing, physical therapy, heel lifts. Xrays negative, so i don't know what could be causing the pain. I usually get sore after doing physical activity. Any tips on how to prevent the soreness.
