Does having more methoxy groups on a compound make it more or less acdiic? I feel like it could go both ways. You could say the O is electron donating, but could also say it is electronegative.
 
Alkoxy groups are electron-donating for the most part, so they reduce the acidity.

Does having more alcohol groups in a compound make it less acidic? Because the oxygens would be electron donating?
