I personally wouldn't list acknowledgments. You could highlight how you contributed to the publication in your research experiences essay.
 
I've asked this question before and got a resounding "NO" (you can search for my thread in the residency forum). Authorship is worth listing, but an acknowledgment is not in medicine. Sorry.

I concur, other than a pat on your back/good blood, the acknowledgement holds no weight in academics.
