I'm just starting anatomy, and I think it's something I may struggle with. I've heard that Acland is a good resource, but is it worth the 100$ one-year subscription?

I think there's a lot better resources to spend that much money on.

Nah. Use Netter's + Rohen's + Complete Anatomy app + a small solid group to regularly review with (in lab) + practice questions

Is it worth $100? Personally I'd say no as that's a lot of money for 1 class, and I'm stingy. Maybe ~$40 would seem fair to me...

Is it an amazing resource? Absolutely! The videos are fantastic and 100x better than anything you'll ever see in real life in lab, and really does a much better job compared to 2D atlases and text books. It's a well done series especially for lab exams and for really understanding the visual-spatial aspects of anatomy.

I felt like it was a very useful resource and would highly recommend it.

Anatomy should be P/f, not high yield for usmle. Skip it. Do the minimum to ensure a P and focus on high yield usmle studying.
