ACOM vs LECOM-B... Thoughts?

I am looking for people's opinions or insights into ACOM vs LECOM-B. With the deposit date coming up, I am trying to make a decision. I loved my interview with ACOM and am currently leaning heavily towards this school, but I feel like my interview experience at LECOM did not give me any real insights into the school. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend an in-person day for LECOM either, and I feel like I am making an uninformed decision right now. Any big plus sides that people know of for LECOM beyond the price tag?

Moved to School X vs Y.

Any specific pros and cons you have about either? LECOM is cheap, but has a strict administration and rules. ACOM is known for their good rotation sites, but is obviously more isolated.

I love ACOM's rotation sites. I am very familiar with their FL rotations sites specifically, and I really like the areas they are in. I also just felt that the atmosphere of the school was very community-based, and it really felt to me during my interview that they care about their students' wellbeing. I really liked all of the support and resources they offer their students, and I think that their philosophy for helping students with getting residencies is very strong. My only cons were their lack of global health opportunities and student-run clinics.

With that being said, I feel like I know nothing about LECOM-B. Their interview did not teach me anything except that they are cheap and value professionalism. The cheapness of it is the only real reason I am not 100% committed to ACOM at this point. I am also a FL resident, so it is nice to be close to home and in an area I am familiar with. I have read some very negative things online about the atmosphere of LECOM-B, but I also know that people are more likely to post negative opinions than positive ones.

Attend ACOM and don't look back based on what you shared. If you live close enough to LECOM, that helps, but that's the only other benefit. ACOM is 1 state over, so it isn't the hardest to get home if you get time off.
