Why doesn't we see cyanosis in the visceral organs during stenosis (ischemia) (liver, heart,spleen...) like in the skin during some time after vasospasm (Raynaud synfrome) or due to some other cause of permanent stenosis/ischemia (peripheral arterial occlusive desease)? Sorry for stupid question( After all, pathogenesis is the same.
