Acronyms 101

[ThatsMyFlossify]

Hey there,

After having lurked this site for a while, I just took the DAT and was pleased enough with my scores to apply this cycle. So, I decided it's time to get involved with the pre-dent community here while I work through the treacherous land of AADSAS.

In browsing a little more, I've found a few acronyms I could decipher and a few that have stumped me. Anyone have a basic guide of things to know?

Thanks!

I'd start with doc toothache's guide: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/2013-guide-mini-guide-to-dental-school-admission.942453/

Or post here and someone will answer.
