Which book are they exactly talking about? and can i purchase them on acs.org website?

Most people, myself included, I think order from here. http://chemexams.chem.iastate.edu/order/2009_SG_form.pdf Look at the bottom for the phone number. They will ask you for your address and credit card information and send it out I got both for like $40 shipped.
