Do we have to enter the supervisor and contact details in the activities section? And even if we enter, we do have to select yes if they can contact them? What I'm asking is, does it look bad if we don't include contact info or say that don't contact them?
My PI doesnt like to be contacted, and many of my extracurricular activities do not specifically a designated supervisor.

I'm planning to put in the description box that there was no specific designated supervisor, or a couple places I'm gonna list closed down so there's no way for them to contact anyone anyway.

I think I read somewhere that they recommend you filling out the information if you can. If you fill some out and some you don't I'm sure they will understand that maybe you don't have contact with them anymore or something...or you can put N/A. Regardless, I would put it.

Yea, I'm putting in information for most. It's just that some student orgs don't have a supervisor necessarily lol. For my research I put the info but said no for release authorization. My former PI doesnt like to be contacted, and I worked with her my freshman year.
