Quick question about activities/work section on AMCAS.

I did a research internship during a summer and at the end of it, there was a presentation. The presentation was a formal event, so its part of my CV and warrants a status of presentation as a separate activity. For AMCAS application, should I put two separate activities for them: one as Research/Lab for internship experience and one as Poster/Presentation for the final presentation. OR just one activity and describe with detail.

I would do just one.
 
I would do one, splitting it would be "fluffing" IMO. Though I'm hardly an expert, I get the impression the Poster/Presentation category is reserved for posters and presentations at LARGE conferences. At least, that's how I treated it.
