I was the VP of Finance for a club as well as the Activities Chair for my professional fraternity. Would the following be an appropriate way to list them?

EC Type: Leadership - Not Listed Elsewhere
EC Name: Vice President of Finance - Club Name (not sure if it's alright to use dashes)
Organization: School I went to

EC Type: Leadership - Not Listed Elsewhere
EC Name: Activities Chair - Professional Fraternity
Organization: School I went to


Also can the date joined be the day I joined the fraternity, or should it specifically from when I got my leadership role?

2) The hours and dates should be related to the leadership role, not the fraternity membership.

I don't want to make an entirely new entry just for the year I was not the Activities Chair. Is there a way I could list it so that I can include the hours being a part of the the club as a whole?

Prior to being Activities Chair, I did serve on the Recruitment Committee and use a sentence of the write up alluding to that. Would this be an appropriate way to write it instead? I realize Recruitment Commitee isn't necessarily leadership, but I feel like it would be in my best interest to describe my overall membership in the club as I had spent a lot of time on it.

Update: I ended up doing as posted above since the hours were listed in repeating format and the write up makes it quite clear as to which role I had during each set of hours in case any adcom inquires into it.
