Honestly, is getting out your ortho, omfs, perio residency and finding a well-paying JOB that EASY. Assuming you go to a great residency program, is it hinged on merit on the notion of getting a 200K starting orthodontics offerr? My friend says its a lot more family-oriented and based on connections. Also, if you do get offers in the most competitive specialties, its usually at rural regions....whats your opinion, how is dentistry nowadays for job placement---in the context of landing those 200-300K starting offers?
