I have a very simple question that I haven't heard very much about:
For the purposes of inpatient billing, what constitutes a level 1 vs a level 2 vs a level 3?
And how much do you get paid per patient visit for each level?
Also, how often do people bill a level 2 vs a level 1 visit for most patients in private practice?
