ADA 2009 DAT practice test

So I ordered the print copy of the test a couple of weeks ago and paid for the 2 day shipping and it is still not here. I take the real DAT next Saturday and I was hoping to use this as one last practice test before the big day. How long should it take them to cash my check and send the test? I'm starting to get frustrated with the ADA.
Also, is the 2009 test much different than the 2006 and 2007 tests that are available for free online?

If you sent a check, then you're probably not receiving it since they require a bank money order.

The free 2007 version is useless. 2009 version is the most representative.
