89. how many isomeric mono-substitution products are possible for the bromination of the aromatic hydrocarbon napthalene?

I the answer is 2 but i thought the answer should be 3. I attached an image with arrows pointing to the places that I thought Br can be added onto. Please help me out.

Hey demps what'd you think of the QR section in 2009?

I didnt buy so I don't have 2009 ADA test. I can't comment, sorry 🙁

I'm preparing myself with CDM and Math Destroyer. I have topscore and i did two of them so far.

i see i see. for me it was harder than any of topscore or math destroyer...

yea it's pretty bad. ill give you an example...

an elliptical mirror has foci at (+1,0), a major axis length of sqrt(20), and a minor axis length 4 units. A beam of light originating from the focus at (-1,0) is reflected of the elliptical mirror once before arriving at the other focus. What is the total length of the path followed by the beam of light?

doesnt it seem like a physic problem? there's like 2 more problems like this... problems i cant even setup.

I would just skip and get whatever I can get right and hopefully it will be better than 19~20 lol... I don't know how to set up either haha
