ADA Medical Insurance

After getting accepted to Indiana dental, I was informed that I must carry medical insurance while at school. I, currently, just get insurance through my undergrad school. However, IU said that if I don't have insurance, they suggest I get ASDA (American Student Dental Association) insurance. Anyone have experience with this insurance? Is it good/not good? cheap/not cheap? I have a wife but no kids yet. Any positive medical insurance feedback would be appreciated as I am currently shopping for some.
