ADA practice DAT vs Real DAT

I have less than a week until my real DAT and I am doing my last bit of studying. I decided to do the practice DAT that is on the ADA website. I just finished it and I am wondering how similar it is to the real DAT? I did a search on this topic and didn't find anything too recent.

hmm..was wondering the same thing. i was also wondering..out of topscore, DAtachiever, kaplan, and ADA..which practice exam is pretty close to the real thing 😕

I would say the ADA science is pretty similar in difficulty, but it differs in the way questions are asked. DAT achiever is much harder than the real thing, except the reading, and the QR is pretty much the same as the real thing. The kaplan test is a little bit harder than the real thing. The pat on kaplan was the most similar to the real thing except angles i thought. kaplan QR is alot harder and rc is pretty similar.

hmmm. kaplan's QR is *harder* than the real thing? i took the one out of the book 6 months ago and got like a 29 on it and took it again yesterday and got a 28 on it.

i sure hope the QR inflates my AA by a point or so 🙂

ADA practice test is a little easier than real one, topscore are very similar, DAT achiever definitely harder. I think real PAT are harder than all of these.
