ADA test booklet question- PAT section

Hey everyone,
I've read in this forum that the ADA test booklet is a poor representation of the actual DAT (questions are too easy). Is that only for true for the academic sections or also for the PAT?

I just took the PAT and scored a 22. Should I rely/not rely on this score?
