To start with I used dental decks which everyone is so familiar with. As the exam is separated into 4 distinct categories - basic sciences, clinical sciences, data research and patient management I approached them separately. For basic sciences kaplan review is good and thorough but you always have to go back to the basics books if in doubt - in addition the mcq's. For clinical sciences - Mosby was good. For data research - statistics book is great and patient management you can study anywhere but the link that has been provided in the ADAT website for the list of recommended books there is one website which is excellent review.
