Looking at it from an interviewers point of view, would it be in my favor to bring up that I have a couple doctors in my family, or would they look at it in a negative way?

I am not sure it would matter either way; I think lots of medical school applicants have doctors in their families.

Yeah, probably doesn't matter one way or another. If being around these people was key in your motivation to be a doc then I'd mention it.

If your parents are doctors I've heard some adcom members get concerned about some applicant's motives (i.e. parent pressure) but if the interviewer thinks that he'll just ask you questions about your motives which you can answer easily.

Best not to worry about things that you can't change.

The application is about you, not about them. Concentrate on your interests and your motivations. Sure, your family is important to you, but would the son of an accountant bring their parent's occupation up at any length? It certainly didn't come up in my interviews.

The adcom will want to know why you want to go into medicine. The answer to that question shouldn't imply that some sort of pressure from your family played a significant role. Their experience can be an important advantage as far as opportunities go, but the motivation for your career choice should very clearly be your own. The answer to this question is probably the single most important piece of information gleaned from an interview.

P.S. The second most important question would be "Why our school?"
