How many schools/what tiers have you already applied to?

All the Tx schools (10) I am unsure on the tier of most, as well as BCM and UCSF which I am guessing are more top tier. So in total 12 schools.

Well as a TX applicant your chances of admission into a UT campus are excellent. If you're super risk averse (I'm not), I could see adding another 8ish mid tier OOS places that you like being reasonable (so 20 total). Places like BU, Einstein, Miami etc. depending on how your 71-71 LizzyM breaks down into GPA/MCAT.
