Reading-- I scored 14/15/17 achiever
http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=803769
I used this in between test 2 and 3-- I think this was very helpful because it completely changed my approach to the reading section- which i never finished once on time nor did i ever get higher than an 18 on any of the practice test- At first I basically would take notes on each paragraph and it worked well because I would answer all the questions without rereading the passage but I never could finish on time with this method> i used the above post and altered my approach a litte and bingo bango 21! use the above post, surf through all of those strategies as one whole day to 'study' for reading 4-5 hours
Math destroyer-- brillant- it is similar to the real thing, but do not put this off.. I started studying for everythign from scratch, 10 years since my last math test, and 5 years plus since my last science class but this was by far the worst subject to study for! dont put it off even if you have to do 1 test per week that is !~12 weeks of studying and this way you can have a horrible math reading day to study and forget bout it!
Ts-- i said it before and Ill say it again, i thought it was nonsense as well as the PAT--- I say this because the questions weren't familiar, most of my gen chem wasn't in equation from and some of the answers weren't even close to correct --for the "approximate" type- I have three friends who have taken this and told me there experience and my test was unlike anything they said, so mine will be unlike yours I am sure. but just to say its not unrealistic to experience this. When i say the questions were not familar, others responded with, they must have been familar to do well, I am not saying that the concepts that were tested were unfamiliar but the questions were completely unique. And they were harder. than cliffs or barrons..etc- just make sure to completely understand the concepts from cliffs and barrons completely and you will be good. Also my best advice bio--- take this will little skepticism-- study hard everything that is not on 2009 ada-- your welcom
Pat- get achiever-- threeforeone--software is the same, the pat is harder and the reading is good practice... the pat is easier for the TFE on the real, but every other section was wack- bad drawings, the keyholes were bulky and odd, and the patterns were wack folded forward and backwords, cubes I had 7 structures that also broke the rules--
just be prepared to see things you wont like and dont let this distract you or discourage you and continue to stay focus and you will love the feeling that is to come. good luck
