I have recently been prescribed adderall for excessive sleepiness. I have had sleep studies and seen several doctors as to why I always feel like I haven't slept in three days. Adderall is the only thing that has worked so far.
Seeing how it is an amphetamine, how hard is it on the myocardium? My resting heart rate is about 95 average when I take it. I am on a low dose, 10mg and I only take it before class and studying times. Is this going to lead to long term atrial/ventral damage? My BP does not significantly go up, maybe only a few mmHg.
