For anyone wondering, the AAAP has a course called Addictions and Their Treatment Online Course on their webstore https://www.aaap.org/clinicians/education-training/addictions-and-their-treatments/
It costs $150 for members and $200 for non members, but their website is so bad that the member option is not available. The course covers most of the material for the board examination and worth checking out.
