Okay so all of my secondaries are submitted and have been since mid August, but I am thinking of adding an other school. I fit their statistics and think it could be a good fit (although I know this is a little late to submit a primary to them). Is it okay to add the school and resubmit on AMCAS? Is that going to affect the other schools in any way?

It is a bit late, but no it will not affect your other applications at all. I didn't add all my schools at once when I applied and did not have any issues.

It's OK to add another school. As part of resubmitting, you will be asked to recertify the application (don't stress about doing this), as well as pay the extra fee. I agree there will be zero effect on your other med school application processes.
