Adding another letter to AMCAS, can't get to the letter request form

So I'm trying to add an additional letter of evaluation for two schools that I'm waitlisted at, but every time I click the "Print or Save Letter Request Form" link, I just get directed to the top of the page. One of the schools explicitly said that we have to send additional letters through AMCAS, so what gives? I added the two schools to the list of that letter's recipients, too.

Chrome. I have Firefox as well, so I guess I could give that a try.

EDIT: Welp, late-season nerves are definitely getting the best of me; the form appeared as a pop-up, but I didn't even see it. Whoops.
