Adding Extra to applications, ya or nay?

I haven't added any photos and don't think I would even if I had some. I have however added my resume. Sometimes there's not enough room to expand on my activities and other places they ask for different information that's all listed on my resume. I fill in what I can but I ask them to please see my resume for more information.

its really not a resume if its more than one page..... becomes a CV at that point.
I didn't realize resumes are only supposed to be a page. How is that possible with people who've done a ton of stuff? I guess I would call mine a CV then and what I've sent out is about three pages.

That's what I was thinking and my husband even has ten more years of experience than I do.
I've had this discussion with educators in oklahoma for 4 years now. Most don't understand that you need to send everything you've accomplished. If it goes beyond 1 page then let it go. I've been denied interviews because my resume was to long, however they probably didn't read it and already had their brother in law in line for the job.
Bottom line is include everything on your cv/resume you will get more job interviews than you will lose "I know I don't want to work for someone who doesn't want to read more than one page."
