Hey all,

I applied to 12 schools and was in the second batch, but am currently very interested in adding Indiana University to my list. Does anyone know if this is pointless at this stage of the cycle, specifically for IU? I understand that the cycle is rolling, however some schools just began reviewing applications, whereas others have been reviewing apps for a couple of months now; I'm not sure where IU stands. Do you think my application will receive full review and consideration if I spend the extra $130?

By the way, I have received three interviews thus far, and one rejection just this morning 🙁

Thanks for reading! Your feedback will be much appreciated.

I know IUDS has been reviewing for some time now. If you've already applied to 12 other schools I would personally not waste the money but the judgment call is yours. If you feel like you'd stand out than go for it but with 12 schools it sounds like you have your bases covered.

indiana has started reviewing apps for a while now. unless your stats are amazing, i'd prob save the $$. if your stats are really good, you might be able to get an alternate list interview spot post dec.

i considered adding minnesota to my list of schools this past week, but after doing a lot of research, it seems that adding a state schools as an OOS applicant this late in the game means throwing $$ away. just my opinion though. gl.
