I already submitted primaries and got verified. At this point, is it too late to add more medical schools at this point? or is it still be okay since my primaries already got verified?

Adding them now will not send you back through the AMCAS verification process again, and your new schools will get your application forwarded within 2-3 business days.
Read up on what letters each one wants so you can assign those letters in your AMCAS portal

So for schools that you've already submitted secondaries for and been marked as complete, adding additional schools to your primary and recertifying won't affect that or send your app to the back of the line? I'm a bit paranoid about that and just want to confirm 😅

No, it won't have any effect on schools you already sent your application to previously.
It will just be the first time your newly added schools have heard of you.
