I am planning on adding a more schools after I know my MCAT score

Two Questions:
1. Are they instantaneously added when add them during or after my primary is verified?

2.Is it still $31 to add schools later?

Yes for both questions. There was one school that sent me a secondary the same day that I added the school on AMCAS.

Ok so it safe to assume the process bolded below from the help guide is automatic

"To designate additional schools once you have submitted your application to AMCAS, you must re-enter your AMCAS application, select the additional schools you wish to designate, and re-certify and re-submit your application to AMCAS. You must re-certify and re-submit your application with the additionally designated schools by the stated deadlines of the schools you wish to add. Deadlines may differ for different Program types."

So re-submitting isn't the same as reapplying?

reapplying is 2nd itme ure applying to a school
resubmitting is just resubmmiting ur amcas

Re-submitting your AMCAS by adding schools is instantaneous. Adding grades and full changes and whatnot that require human examination is not.

so does that mean if I add another med school to the list after submitting the primary without being verified, it will not hurt my place in line?
