Is this cycle a lost cause? I am aiming for the end of this week. I applied during the previous 2024 cycle but did not make it. 12 total -> 7 II -> 4 WL applying to about 30 schools this time.

If I do not make it during this cycle, will I be at a greater disadvantage during the 2026 cycle, as it will be my 3rd consecutive rodeo? Skipping this cycle presents a different problem. I took the MCAT in 2022, so I will have to retake it for the 2026 cycle, and my score can drop🙁

Not too late at all.
You will mainly need to change up your personal statement a little, add new activities you may have since last time, and ask your recommenders to upload their letters again.
Most of last year’s application, like the coursework entries, should fill in automatically from your previous app.

7 IIs from 12 apps is pretty dang good. Your interviewing skills may need some work, because with that many, you should've gotten in.
