It is late in the cycle. That said, some schools will save a spot for a non-trad who might arrive late to the party.
That said, I'd suggest riding this out, while saving for the next cycle if that's what has to happen. Consider retaking the MCAT by April of next year if you score signicantly higher in the science sections of some practice tests.
