AADSAS only let us create 4 Matching Forms max to give out to recommenders. I need to make extra because I realized some school are strict on "3 science professors". I need to make one extra matching form for 3rd science professor otherwise they won't know who I am when the professor mail it in. How are you guys handling this?

If you need more than 4, you will have to send the letter directly to the school(s). The matching form might help the school attach the LOR to your file but having your evaluator clearly identify you by name and AADSAS ID number on the letter works as well.

Yeah, I’m not sure AADSAS fully thought that one out before they made the policy change. I needed 6 different letters to fulfill all of the LOR requirements at each school.

If you don’t have many extra, you can have the proffs send them directly to the schools. If there will be quite a few letters and you don’t want to burden your letter writers, you can use a letter forwarding service either through your school or http://www.interfolio.com/

How many schools actually require 3 science professor LOR's? I havn't gotten any LOR's yet, but I always figured that I'd get 1 science, 1 non-science, 1 dentist, and 1 from the director of the place I'm volunteering at. Is that going to be enough or will I need more LOR's?

Depends on where you apply. Most likely, you'll need more. Most schools want at least 2 science, some 3. But it is also good to get one from a dentist and current employer. Check out the individual school requirements.

Do you guys know if they would actually reject your application, if instead of 2 science LORs you only have one?(assuming everything else was provided as it was required!)

If it is a requirement by the school, they might not reject you outright but most likely would consider your application incomplete which is just as bad.
