Hi,

Just a quick quesiton regarding the evaluators section in ADDSAS application.

1) If you have NOT maxed out your referee, are you able to add more AFTER you esubmitted?

2) If you DID max out (i.e. used up all four), can you make changes by deleting one old and adding another?

hmm... I called addsas a couple of days ago, but the guy who answered my question didn't sound very confident. So I am just making sure.

If anyone has answers, i'd appreciate them.

I added all of mine after I e-submitted. I can delete them as I please.

That is true. However, if your evals have submitted. You CANNOT remove them. I talked to aadsas and they said they ALSO cannot remove them. So once its in, its in.

Correct me if I'm wrong though. But thats what I heard through the grapevine 👍

I also think that once a letter is submitted, you can't delete. However, you create an LOE file, say of dr. Pepper, and he doesn't respond, tehn you can delete and add a new reference.

I don't know if you can if the LOE file is "in progress," but you can definitely when the the LOE says "new." I had to delete one b/c one of the profs I asked never uploaded the letter even after saying she has the letter done.

Right now i have 3, but I am waiting to ask for the fourth, can i e-submit and then add the 4th persons name to my application after???

Yes you can. I had 3 evaluators listed and then added a fourth after I had esubmitted.
