ADEA applicant ID and application

I will ask this question now before I forget completely. The application for the 2017 cycle does not open until June. Am I able to make an account and get an applicant ID now or no? I went to the site and it just confused me. When will I be able to start seeing if my necessary info is being sent out to dental schools on the app? I plan on submitting a preliminary app (transcripts, recs, etc. should be in) in late June and retaking my DAT in late July and updating schools about that. I can also indicate upcoming/ongoing ECs I do during the summer and upcoming semesters right? Do I just call/email/put on the application that I will be retaking it so they don't fully consider my application until they receive the second score?

Thank you so much man. So they'll just see my app but they won't review it completely? I know it takes a few weeks for my DAT to be verified after I take it. I am sending my first score but I definitely want them to consider my second one more. I just really want to stay on top of this and not mess up. I'm young, naive and not incredibly competitive but I think I can meet the bare minimums/exceed them and maybe get lucky with my upwards trend lol.
