Dear dental fam,

I took one class at UMUC - Europe campus but I am in US. How should I submit my Transcript Request Form to UMUC ?

I read somewhere (but I would hunt through the AADSAS website for verification) they don't want international transcripts because they expect that your degree was completed in the US or Canada. Exceptions would be study abroad programs through a local university (in which case the classes should show up on your home institution's transcript).
