Attended seminary for a year. Should I submit my transcript adea?

Hi guys as the topic says I attended seminary(Masters) for a year and got HORRIBLE grades. I stopped attending but was wondering if I was required to send in my official transcript? Thanks

You may want to ask the helpdesk/support email about your master's degree. I would presume it is required.
