I have two questions:

1. Do I have to send transcripts from EVERY "college" I took a class at? For example, I took one writing course at a community college- do I still need to send a transcript from THIS institution?

2. If I am not physically able to go to the registrar of that school, how would I go about providing the registrar with the transcript matching form?

Thank you so much!

You're supposed to. You can try emailing it (PDF) or printing and faxing it. Coordinate this over the phone to reduce the likelihood of error.

It didn't occur to me that I had to do because right after I took that course, I sent the transcript right away to my school's registrar and those classes are listed in my transcript... :scared:

Better way is to have the registrar mail you the transcript still SEALED in the envelope. Put that envelope PLUS the matching form in ANOTHER envelope and MAIL that yourself to AADSAS.

Guess that could work too. As long as someone on the receiving end isn't taking the 'from student' too literally that day.

I was iffy on that because I thought it had to be LITERALLY from the registrar...

My friend did it and it worked. Way way faster and more reliable. You can't trust those people at the registrar office sometimes.
