Hey...
Has anyone ever tried an AdenoPack purification kit from VIVAscience instead of doing CsCl gradient purifcation for adenoviruses? I'm not getting very consistent yields from CsCl, plus it is toxic to cells and may require dialysis (which further lowers the titer). I was going to try the kit, but it is sort of expensive just to try so I wanted to get some feedback.

I used the kit from BD and thought it was great. I got what I think is a pretty high yield (~1x10^9 pfu/mL in 3 mLs, I believe). It's expensive, though ($100 per purification).
