Does anyone know the admissions guidelines or "traffic rules" for DO schools? For example, how long can I hold multiple acceptances (is this even possible?), etc? I tried looking on the AACOM website, but didn't have much luck. Thanks!

from my understanding, that is because there are no guidlines really. I think you can hold an acceptant up until the day of classes if you wanted to.. I am guessing this the case because you have to pay such large non-refundable deposits, whereas allo schools have small rrefundable ones.

You can hold onto as many places and as long as you want until the school starts.
