Do they only look at the required pre-requisites for their school? Or do they take into account your entire course work? I've taken a 'lot' of extra classes that I'm hoping will make me more competitive but I don't know exactly how 'much' better it'll make my application look.

The 'extra stuff' I've taken includes:
Biochemistry
Hematology
Neurobiology
Pathogenic Microbiology
Introduction to Pharmacology
Medical Pharmacy I
Medical Pharmacy II
Immunology
Genetics
Microbiology
Quantitative Biological Methods
Molecular Biology I/II

I'm indeed getting a bachelors with this 'extra stuff'.
Has anyone here been on an admission board or know what classes they emphasize? Will admissions see my transcript and be like "😎"... he should do well in his P1 year -- Or are extra classes a minor bonus for admissions compared to high PCAT scores, extra currics and pharm experience?

A lot of your "extra stuff" maybe required for applicants at different schools. Most schools require students to take Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology in their P1 year. Additionally, Pathogenic Microbiology and some form of Molecular Biology is usually required. Hope this helps.

I think those classes might be positive for you in the admission process. If not, they will definitely help in your professional coursework.
