ADN vs BSN

Nurses are always arguing about the differences between ADN and BSN grads. I argue that more is better and it's sad that most professions require a 4 year degree even when they're not involved in decisions that could kill someone. What do you think?
 
Just so you know that the 4 year curriculum, only 2 of it is truly clinical although some BSN's ramp up curriculum. Its just a liberal arts degree. I see your point though.

Funny I thought the only ones arguing where the BSN's who want to push for all BSN's (yes generalized statement) but I have noticed that most would prefer to have a full college degree. With the shortage this would never happen ...
